HCA 496 Week 5 Final Paper

You will design and publish a free Blogger (open-source software) web page to educate society on specific topics in health informatics, based on what you have learned.
Creating your entries:
  1. Each entry should be no less than 500 words.
  2. A total of seven entries (i.e., four from Weeks One through Four, and three new entries for Week Five’s Final
    Project).
  3. All entries should be double-spaced. Use 12- point Times New Roman or Arial font.
  4. You may use Bold and Italic formatting to help your text visually.
  5. If you have written a document or presentation that you developed during your course program that you feel may
align with the topic of discussion for the week, you may include a link to your work as a reference point for other
    information on the subject.
  6. Add pictures, video, audio, and/or links to articles that you may find in the Ashford University Library and/or
    online peer reviewed articles.
  7. Limit the pictures and links to one per topic unless it was a part of the original submission.
  8. There must be at least three resources per entry that date back no later than five years, and they should appear at
the end of the entry in a reference list that reflects APA style formatting. Two of the three sources must be
obtained from the Ashford University Library.
  9. Spelling and grammar should be correct.
  10. The introduction page of your project is either a Microsoft PowerPoint or a Prezi presentation about you.
Each week you will address one of your chosen topics in a blog entry. Choose at least three topics to write on from this list:
  1. Health care informatics evolutions and transitions to today
  2. The impact on the electronic medical records integration
  3. Current health care information systems
  4. Telecommunications and networking concepts for health care
  5. Continuous quality monitoring and accreditation in health care
  6. Legal and ethical aspects of health information management
  7. Statistics for health sciences and its impact
